How to Register
To register for the Symposium, please fill in the online Registration Form.

Support for Students and Young Scientists
In order to enable the widest possible participation of students and young scientists at the MDO2021 Conference in Prague, we offer two supporting measures:
A. A reduced participation fee for students (250USD). Please, notice that this possibility is time-limited, and can be used only by active participants (pre- or postgraduate students) who will register, submit their abstract and pay the participation fee before May 1st, 2021. Proof of eligibility: a copy of your Student Identity Card (pdf file by e-mail).
B. For a limited number of active participants with the age up to 35 years, the MDO International Advisory Committee offers a travel subsidy up to 300 or 500 USD (European countries, overseas, respectively) per participant. The persons interested in competition for this travel grant should send their request to the Organizing Secretariat after completing the registration, but before May 1st at the latest.
They should provide the following Travel Grant Application.
The funding will be awarded by the Advisory Committee and the persons selected will be notified by an e-mail about the decision and the technical details for money transfer.
Methods of Payment
Registration fees must be paid by one of the following methods:
1. By Credit Card
All major credit cards are accepted (American Express, VISA, Eurocard/Master Card). According to the Czech law, credit cards will be charged in local currency / Czech Crowns (CZK) by actual exchange rate. Fill all the payment details on the on-line registration form.
2. By Bank Transfer

All bank charges are to be covered by remitter so the beneficiary receives the complete payment.
Cancellations and Refunds
The Symposium Secretariat must be notified of any cancellaltion in writing by e-mail at mdoprague2020@cbttravel.cz. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Symposium.
